Andrea Navedo

Andrea Navedo is an American actress, and also an author. Her career began in soap operas One Life to Live, Guiding Light. Later she performed in numerous supporting roles on premiertime TV. Andrea Navedo was born 10 October 1977 in The Bronx New York United States. Navedo began her professional acting career in daytime soap operas. Between 1995 and 1997, she played Linda Soto on the ABC soap drama One Life to Live. The show also featured her in Guiding Light, the CBS soap Guiding Light, as Theresa Sandoval in 1999 until 2000. In 1996 she made her debut in the film world with a brief part in Girl 6. She then appeared on New York Undercover episodes and The District. In 2001 Navedo appeared in the action-comedy double take film Double Take and the following year was the drama Washington Heights. Navedo appeared as the role of Detective Ana Cordova in the NBC show Law & Order from 2001 until 2004. Later, he appeared in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages and Blue Bloods. Navedo has also appeared in films such as El Cantante, Remember Me as well as a variety of other films. From 2011 until 2013 Navedo played recurring roles in How to Make It in America Golden Boy and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. The comic film Superfast! The Fast and the Furious parody that was released in 2015 is a parody film of the Fast and the Furious movie series. Navedo began her professional acting career with the daytime soap operas. From 1995 through 1997, she played the role of Linda Soto in the ABC soap show One Life to Live. In 1999, she became Theresa Sandoval in the CBS soap opera Guiding Light. Her film debut came as a part-time actress in Girl 6 (1996) and she later appeared on episodes of New York Undercover and The District. In 2001, Navedo played a part in the action-comedy Double Take.
